5K Training Program--For Beginers
Running is a great sport or hobby to get into. I'm probably just biased because I love to run, but that wasn't always the case. Here is a {5K Training Program} by Hal Higdon, that takes you very slowly and comfortably from beginning to end. The training program takes 8 weeks, so find a local 5K that is at least 8 weeks away and begin your training! You'll love the rush and adrenaline that you get when you get to the race and see all the other runners and spectators. Good luck and have a blast!
